My profile
Clients rate the assignments after you completed the assignment. The client gives you a rating based on your performances during the assignment. Better performances lead to higher ratings. So make sure you do your best!
Only when you accept a job, is it possible for a client to visit your profile. Your contact details and last name are never visible for clients. The information is only visible for clients when you accept a agreement or give the information yourself.
Assignments
You can always cancel a negotiation. But we advice you to contact the client to find a solution together.
You can renegotiate the date and time of the assignment. If you can’t find a solution, you can cancel the negotiation.
Credits
ICasting credits are a payment method. In the future credits can be used for additional features.

Login and registration

Register as a talent of you are looking for assignments, to gain experience and to improve skills. Register as a client if you are looking for talents for your assignment or production.
An iCasting account can only have one role. If you want to register as talent and client, you’ll need to register an account with an extra e-mail address. Every account requires an e-mail address.
Make sure to check your map with spam. If you still can’t find the e-mail, you should wait a couple minutes. Send an e-mail to support@icasting.com if you didn’t receive the verification e-mail.
You can register with Facebook during to registration process. When your Facebook account is connected to iCasting, you only need to log in to Facebook to use your iCasting account.
Account
No problem, you can reset your password by clicking ‘Forgot password’ in the login pop-up at the homepage.
You can delete your account via your settings. Click on your profile icon and then on 'settings'. In the menu on the left you will see the menu item 'Delete Account'. Enter your e-mail address for confirmation and click on 'Delete account'. You can see your account email address at the top of the same page under 'Account info'.

Payments
No, iCasting is absolutely free to use and register. You do not pay anything for a registration at iCasting as a talent or a client.
If the client uses the possibility to pay through iCasting, iCasting handles your payment. As soon as you finish the assignment, we make sure you get paid.
Our financial system transfers the amount as soon as you finish the assignment. It can take some days before you receive the payment
The payment methods we accept are different for each country. The payment methods in The Netherlands are: Ideal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. Please e-mail us at: support@icasting.com for the payment methods in your country.
